The Maritime Union of Australia WA Branch is seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to oversee the effective and efficient operation of our Branch.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of management experience.
Previous union or industrial relations experience is preferred.
Reporting to the WA Branch Secretary and Branch Executive Assistant, this role manages staff, administration, facilities, finances, vehicles, merchandise, and major Branch events.
Budget management experience is required for this position.
The Branch Manager plays a key coordination role across Organisers, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations and alignment with Branch objectives.
