Are you highly organised, proactive, and love working in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for an Operations Assistant / Personal Assistant to join our small but growing team managing multiple Airbnb and short-term rental properties across the Sunshine Coast.
This role will suit someone who enjoys variety in their workday, is tech-savvy, has strong communication skills, and is happy to get hands-on when needed. You'll be supporting the day-to-day operations of multiple properties while also assisting the host directly with personal and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with day-to-day operations and coordination across multiple holiday let properties
* Communicate with cleaners, maintenance teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth turnovers
* Handle guest-related enquiries and assist with booking management when required
* Oversee inventory, restocking, and organising supplies
* Assist with property inspections and quality control to maintain high standards
* Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, emails, and reporting
* Support the host with personal assistant duties as required
* Social media / Meta experience advantageous
About You
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
* Confident communicator with great people skills
* Comfortable using apps, online booking platforms, and spreadsheets
* Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated
* Flexibility to assist on weekends or after hours occasionally, if required
* A driver's licence, pc and your own car are essential
* Driving between properties required for daily duties as required
