The University of Suffolk is seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and dedicated individual for the role of Vice-Chancellor's Office Administrator. This role provides essential administrative support through organising and clerking meetings, working groups, and key committees.
This position requires an individual who can work effectively in a collaborative team environment, fostering strong working relationships across the university.
Key to this role is maintaining up-to-date web content to ensure accuracy and relevant information. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to the Vice-Chancellor's Office, including the Vice-Chancellor, Provost, Chief Operational and Transformation Officer, and Head of Governance and Compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Organise and clerk meetings, working groups, and key committees to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
* Provide accurate and timely information to stakeholders through the maintenance of up-to-date web content.
* Support strategic projects that contribute to the university's ongoing success.
