Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing support to users and maintaining the onsite desktop fleet
* Assisting with IT problem-solving and system improvements
* Analysing business functions to identify opportunities for process or system enhancements
* Supporting the development and implementation of IT solutions to optimise business performance
* Participating in site rotations to gain exposure across multiple operations
* Collaborating with over 50 IT & IS professionals including experts in telecommunication, systems engineering, application development, systems analysis, and IS support
About You
The company is looking for:
* Graduates qualified with a Bachelor of Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (completed prior to commencement)
* Commitment to working safely and contributing to a strong safety culture
