This position is accountable for leading assurance activities and promoting safety leadership across operations. This includes providing strategic guidance, operational support to diverse stakeholders, driving excellence in auditing capabilities.

The key responsibility will be coaching and developing auditing skills to enhance operational effectiveness.
About the Team/Company:
This role requires a strong aviation background with at least 5 years' experience in any of the following fields : Flight Operations Cabin Engineering Airports/Ground Operations or Workplace Health Safety Environment. Furthermore, possessing tertiary qualification - Professional Aviation Management or relevant professional qualifications is crucial.
An individual must have previous exposure to work within various organisational structures while displaying significant time management abilities under strict timelines.
The successful candidate should be experienced enough so that they can successfully communicate effectively both internally amongst colleagues as well as externally towards external partners delivering results-oriented outputs which consistently surpass expectations.
