We are seeking a skilled User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team in Canberra.
* As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for interpreting and following visual design and branding guidelines to create a consistent and impactful user experience.
* You will have experience interpreting NPS (Net Promoter Score) or other customer satisfaction surveys, with the ability to translate this data into actionable insights that inform design decisions.
* Demonstrated hands-on experience in UI/UX designing practices, policies, and technologies is essential for this role. You will be working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet these needs.
* Facilitating user-centred design and design thinking workshops is also an important part of this role, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and drive collaboration.
