**Job Description:**
We seek an experienced Aesthetic Nurse to join our team at SILK Laser Clinics. As an expert in cosmetic treatments, you will provide safe and effective procedures, including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, PRP, and more.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Deliver high-quality non-surgical treatments with precision and care, adhering to strict protocols.
* Conduct thorough consultations to understand client goals and offer tailored treatment recommendations.
* Maintain accurate client records and documentation, ensuring treatment plans and results are tracked effectively.
* Address and manage client concerns, including adverse events, with professionalism and empathy.
* Develop and maintain a professional social media presence to showcase your work, aligning with TGA guidelines.
* Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure seamless, exceptional client experiences and promote SILK's skincare and laser treatments.
**Requirements:**
* A minimum of 3-5 years in clinical or aesthetic nursing, with sales or target-driven experience advantageous.
* Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration.
* A post-graduate certification in Cosmetic Nursing is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, aesthetics, and injection techniques, along with excellent time management and adaptability.
* A customer-first approach, dedication to continuous learning, and passion for delivering outstanding cosmetic results.
