POSITION | Abu Dhabi Horse Riding Coach - Show Jumping LOCATION Private Royal Estate - Abu Dhabi, UAE The Client will arrange the work visa and relocation if not local. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The Horse Riding Coach will deliver elite-level show jumping instruction within a private royal estate, providing tailored, confidence-building training while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and discretion. The role includes schooling and maintaining the readiness of competition-standard horses and ensuring seamless coordination with the wider equestrian team. QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS Proven background in elite show jumping as both rider and coach Advanced horsemanship and ability to school competition-level horses Strong communication, teaching, and motivational skills High level of physical fitness Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and royal household etiquette Relevant riding or coaching certifications highly regarded Knowledge of horse care, stable management, and competition preparation Ability to speak Arabic (required/preferred as indicated by client) EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Demonstrated experience coaching riders in elite, private, or VIP environments Ability to prepare riders for competitions and structured performance programmes Experience developing tailored training plans in show jumping Understanding of international show jumping etiquette and standards Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate with grooms and stable staff ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver personalised, high-level show jumping training Design and implement professional training programmes Ensure rider and horse safety at all times School, condition, and maintain fitness of competition-standard horses Provide constructive feedback and performance analysis Coordinate seamlessly with the equestrian and household teams Uphold royal protocols, discretion, and professional conduct Maintain a calm, supportive, and respectful coaching environment SALARY AED 15,700 per month Plus AED 200 monthly cell phone allowance BENEFITS Medical insurance (single status) One annual flight ticket 30 days annual leave Laundry services provided Meals provided on site ACCOMMODATION Live-out position TRANSPORTATION No company vehicle provided Candidate must arrange personal transport to/from work Option to use the estate's shuttle bus service where available Please note: Kindly check your junk or spam folder after applying, as our response may occasionally be diverted there.
