Job Description: As a Business Mentor, you will deliver programs under our Self-Employment Assistance Program. This role involves working with participants exploring self-employment, as well as existing small business owners seeking support to sustain their ventures. You will own a dedicated region and contribute to enhancing the national program delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build successful relationships. Previous experience in customer service and administration would be advantageous.
