As a Site Service Technician, you will be responsible for the end-to-end maintenance and emergency repair of heavy-duty equipment, including Straddle Carriers, Reach Stackers, and Forklifts. You'll ensure peak operational performance by executing precise fault finding and rigorous PM servicing in alignment with scheduled compliance and safety standards.

What you bring to the role:
* Qualifications: Australian or recognized Mechanical trade qualification with specialized licenses for Forklift, EWP, and Restricted Electrical (Disconnect/Reconnect).
* Technical Expertise: Over 10 years of post-apprenticeship experience in heavy plant equipment, specializing in complex fault finding, hydraulics, diesel engines, and transmissions across port, mining, or industrial sectors.
* Customer Focus: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills used to manage stakeholder relationships, provide technical advice, and deliver professional service that meets client expectations.
* Safety Commitment: A dedicated approach to OHS&E standards, including the physical fitness to work at heights, lift heavy objects safely, and maintain a secure working environment.
* Proactive Attitude: A self-motivated problem solver with strong analytical skills and the ability to master new technology, from DOS-based programs to modern diagnostic software.
