The Role

You'll play a central role in ensuring clients and customers receive exceptional support through your diligent sales administration. This role is pivotal for delivering top-notch service and will evolve into a position where you independently manage your portfolio of valued clients.
The Responsibilities

• Playing a key role in client renewals and retention, supporting the existing client base while building strong relationships.
• Managing incoming and outgoing calls and email correspondence.
• Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximise client value.
• Providing prompt and accurate responses to client and insurer inquiries.
• Meticulously documenting all call interactions and ensuring that follow-up actions are directed to the right recipients.
• Conducting daily follow-ups on documentation from clients and insurers.
• Supporting a senior broker with high net worth clients!
• Handling invoice reconciliation.
• Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks.

About You

• 1+ years in a similar role, ideally within the insurance, sales or customer focused role.
• Willingness to complete the Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification within your first six months (fully supported by the business).
• Demonstrates professionalism, excellent communication skills a proactive nature.
• Exceptional organisational abilities and the skill to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a natural ability to build relationships, and an enthusiastic personality.
• Problem-solving skills to adeptly handle client inquiries.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Motivation to start a career in the insurance space!
