What you’ll be doing
* Converting opportunities into listings (with support and training if required)
* Managing vendors and buyers through the sales process
* Conducting appraisals, listing presentations, and negotiations
* Attending open homes and buyer inspections
* Working alongside a high-performing support team
What we expect
* Experience in real estate or a strong background in sales with a desire to succeed in the industry
* A true self-starter with strong internal drive and initiative
* Comfortable operating with autonomy - no need for micromanagement
* Takes ownership of performance, pipeline, and results
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
* Current QLD Real Estate Licence or willingness to obtain
