Warehouse Storeperson (Stone Specialist)

With an existing tight-knit team of three, we are looking for a reliable professional to help us manage our growing warehouse operations in our Doveton/Melbourne facility.
The Role & Roster
We offer a stable, high-earning roster designed for a consistent lifestyle:
* Hours: Monday – Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) and Saturdays (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
* The "Flex" Roster: You will have an alternating day off each week (either Tuesday or Friday off), ensuring you still get your 5-day week lifestyle.
* The Work: This is a high-energy, Grade 2 Warehouse role. It involves forklift operation, meticulous order packing, and some heavy lifting of premium natural stone.
Salary & Benefits (ABOVE AWARD)
* Annual Package: $80,000 per annum + Super.
* All-Inclusive Income: All Saturday and standard overtime rates are already built into your generous annual salary—no complicated math, just a high, reliable income.
* Extra Earning Potential: Minimum of $150 extra per week available in additional overtime if you want to increase your take-home pay.

Safety, Clothing & PPE
In the stone industry, your health is our priority. We provide:
* Full PPE Kit: High-vis gear and steel-cap boots.
* Respiratory Protection: High-grade dust-rated respiratory gear for use around stone cutting or broken tiles.
* Sun Safety: Wide-brimmed hats and high-SPF sunscreen are provided for all outdoor container loading/unloading.
What You Bring
* LF High Risk Work License: Essential for Grade 2 duties, including unloading/loading vehicles and moving heavy stone pallets.
