Cancer and Dialysis Registered Nurse Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Cancer and Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team at Western District Health Service Hamilton Base Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients with kidney failure and those undergoing cancer treatment.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will administer dialysis treatments, manage chronic kidney disease, provide chemotherapy and supportive care for cancer patients, and offer emotional support to both patients and families. As a specialist in oncology and nephrology, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Experience in oncology and/or nephrology nursing
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
