About You
To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:
* Warm, professional communication skills (written and verbal), with confidence answering phones and greeting visitors
* Previous experience in an office administration, receptionist, or customer service role (or the willingness to learn in a supportive team)
* Strong computer skills, including confident use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams)
* A genuine service mindset and the ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders
* Excellent organisation and time‐management skills, with the ability to juggle reception tasks, office needs and admin requests
* Good judgement and attention to detail, with a practical approach to problem‐solving
* Flexibility and a team‐first attitude, with the ability to support meeting‐room bookings, office supplies, and general team administration as needed
