Key Responsibilities 
- Provide evidence-based assessments and therapy to a paediatric caseload – providing direct, family-based and community-based support to individuals with developmental delays and/or disabilities 
- Day-to-day in the role will include assessment and intervention sessions with a mixed caseload in terms of both age and modality of intervention, working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary context to deliver quality, evidence-based outcomes 
- Work closely with key stakeholders providing information, education and support 
- Ongoing evaluation, training and review to ensure the delivery of quality services to clients 
Skills And Experience 
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and SPA Registration is a must 
- A passion for working with individuals who have disabilities to help each client to achieve their own goals, potential and participate in their community in a way that is meaningful for them 
- Exceptional communication skills that enable you to work in a culturally rich and diverse environment and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team workplace 
- Effective time management and attention to detail 
- Passion for making a difference with a focus on making therapy fun, engaging and meaningful for clients and families 
- Experience in working with children and adolescents and confidence in your role working closely with their families is highly valued 
- Compliance requirements – SPA Registration; Working with Children Check; National Police Check; NDIS workers screening check; First Aid Training; Driver’s License & Vehicle
