We are a privately owned, well-established engineering business seeking an experienced Manager – Energy Division to lead and grow a critical part of our operations.
This is a senior, high-autonomy leadership role suited to a commercially astute manager with strong technical grounding and a proven ability to lead people, projects, and performance.
About the Role
Reporting to the Group Operations Manager, you will take full responsibility for the Energy Division, including:
* Leadership of workshop, project, and technical teams
* Oversight of safety, quality, delivery, and profitability
* Client engagement, estimating, and project execution
* Resource planning, budgeting, and performance management
* Driving growth, capability, and continuous improvement
About You
You will bring:
* A strong engineering, trade, or technical background
* Proven experience managing workshops, projects, and teams
* Commercial and strategic thinking with a delivery mindset
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A hands-on leadership style with a strong safety focus
