We're on the lookout for a Digital Product Manager – Mobile App to take ownership of the Total Tools Mobile App and help shape the future of how tradies and customers shop, browse and engage on the go.
Reporting to the Head of E‐commerce, this is a senior role where you'll own a complex product area, lead a high‐performing cross‐functional squad of up to six subject matter experts, and deliver measurable customer and business outcomes aligned to OKRs and the broader e‐commerce strategy.

What You'll Be Doing
* Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the Total Tools Mobile App
* Lead end‐to‐end delivery across discovery, development and launch
* Set and manage OKRs to drive customer value and commercial outcomes
* Build, prioritise and manage the product backlog in alignment with business strategy
* Lead and develop a product squad of up to six team members
* Drive complex, cross‐functional initiatives across technology, design, marketing and operations
* Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to manage dependencies, risks and trade‐offs
* Communicate progress, outcomes and insights clearly across the organisation
* Champion best‐in‐class customer experiences and continuous innovation
You're Likely a Match If You Have
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager
* Strong experience delivering consumer digital products, ideally within retail, e‐commerce or mobile app environments
* Proven track record of delivering measurable customer and business results
* Deep understanding of the product lifecycle, agile delivery and digital ecosystems
* Experience working with native mobile applications (highly regarded)
* Strong people leadership, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to translate customer and business insights into compelling product solutions
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, IT or a related field (preferred), or equivalent practical experience
