About the role
This is a full-time Office Administration / Customer Service role with Amazon Pest Control Services, based near Mascot, NSW. As part of our customer-focused team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional administrative and customer service support to our clients.
Responsibilities include:
* Answering and managing incoming phone calls and emails from customers in a professional and friendly manner
* Assisting with the scheduling and coordination of pest control services
* Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and other clerical duties
* Liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting improvements
What we're looking for
* At least 2-3 years experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within the pest control or Property Management industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional attitude
* Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
* Competent in using office software such as Microsoft Office
* A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work well under pressure
