This Specialist Trainer & Assessor role is a high-profile opportunity with MultiSkills Training, offering a competitive salary of $110k + Super and a $5k sign-on bonus for fully qualified candidates. The full-time role spans Werribee & Moolap campuses and requires a high degree of mobility due to potential off-campus training delivery.
The ideal candidate will be a professional educator with a civil construction & earthmoving background, able to multitask and work effectively as part of a team or independently. They must possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and solid experience as a Trainer/Assessor with current industry skills.
Key responsibilities include delivering comprehensive training programs and assessing learner progress. Strong analytical and technical skills are required to stay up-to-date with industry developments and adapt training materials accordingly.
