What you'll do
* Report directly to the Director and collaborate with a high-performing team
* Prospect daily (calls, door-knocks, letterbox drops) and grow your pipeline
* Run open homes, private appointments, buyer callbacks and negotiations
* Attend auctions and, when required, building & pest inspections
* Prepare pre-listing kits, appraisal packs, and weekly vendor reports
* Manage leads, data, and email enquiries with speed and accuracy
* Book/adapt campaign assets (photography, floorplans, copy)
What you bring
* Proven experience in residential sales with a record of listings and results
* Polished presentation and first-class communication (written & verbal)
* Relentless prospecting discipline and resilience to handle rejection
* Precision with detail, time management, and follow-through
* Self-starter mindset who thrives both independently and within a team
* Current Victorian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Bonus (not essential): Mandarin or Cantonese language skills
