Job Title: Clinical Coordinator - Chronic Pain Clinic Employment Type: Permanent Full Time Classification: Community Health Nurse In-Charge (ZA1) & Grade 3 Allied Health Professionals Location: Graham Street About GV Health: At Goulburn Valley Health we pride ourselves on delivering person-centred care. The Chronic Pain Clinic is an established service for the region with a focus on the assessment, care planning and management of people experiencing chronic pain. Team members include a medical specialist, social worker, physiotherapist, exercise physiologist, dietitian, enrolled nurse and allied health assistant.
About You We are seeking an experienced registered nurse or allied health professional to lead, coordinate and continue to develop the delivery of clinical services in the Chronic Pain Clinic at GV Health.
As a senior clinician, you will have broad based clinical experience in the area of assessment and management of people experiencing chronic pain and demonstrated knowledge and understanding of chronic pain service delivery across the health sector. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team will be well suited to the role.
This is a permanent full time role with part time opportunities.
