Bertoli's Agricultural and Industrial is a leading multi-franchised dealership providing quality agricultural, turf and industrial equipment, including brands such as Kubota, Krone, Massey Ferguson and Fendt, and other complementary brands and products, along with excellent parts and service support for over 45 years, with branches in Shepparton, Benalla and Albury.
About the role
We currently have an opportunity for a part-timeAdministrative Assistantto join our team at theShepparton Branch.
This is a permanent part-time position - minimum of three days per week - Tuesdays and Wednesdays, plus one other day by mutual agreement.
Primarily reporting to the Service Manager, the main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Service Department with service bookings, customer enquiries and customer contact to confirm bookings, Service Technician attendance times for field service jobs, machine ready for pick-up, etc.
In addition, you will be required to assist the general administration team answering incoming phone calls and other general administrative tasks as required.
To be successful in this role you must be able to deliver a high level of customer service directly to customers that visit the dealership as well as via phone support and follow-up, whilst being a team player and working effectively with the sales, service and parts teams.
Depending on your suitability and growth within the role, and considering relevant business factors going forward, there may be an opportunity for the position to transition into a full-time role.
Qualifications & experience
Previous administration and/or service department experience in an agricultural dealership, or similar, is advantageous.
Intermediate computer software skills and experience, and proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Proficiency with Dealership Management Systems is desirable.
Skills & attributes
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Effective multitasking, time management and prioritisation skills.
An ability to work in a fast paced environment, with attention to detail and limited supervision.
Be an enthusiastic team member who works with initiative, commitment and a positive attitude.
Able to learn quickly and confidently, with a desire to achieve favourable outcomes for the mutual benefit of the customer and the dealership.
The pay range offered for this position is $26 to $32 per hour depending on prior experience, knowledge and skills relevant to the functions of this role.
