Programmed Facility Management are seeking experienced FIFO CASUAL Facilities Services Staff to join our Village & Minesite Management Teams.

Key Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the cleaning and general grounds upkeep of >600 Accommodation Rooms, Village and/or Minesite facilities, in addition to transportation of Residents and Workers around the Village, Site and Airport.
That all areas are kept organised, free from hazards and compliant with quality standards, always maintaining a high level of cleanliness and customer service.
You will maintain Ad hoc support to the Site Teams are occasionally required.
Ensure that the designated work, service and living areas are held to a high standard of cleanliness
Follow Cleaning Policies and Procedures
Achieve completion targets within allocated timeframes, respond to timely ad-hoc cleaning requests
Housekeeping of Residents rooms within the Village environment as per schedule; stripping and making beds, removing, and replacing linen/towels, cleaning ensuites and all ablutions
Minesite Cleaning of Site offices and facilities, crib rooms and all ablutions
Appropriate storage and use of Chemicals
Maintain adequate supplies of cleaning materials/consumables levels, assist with EOM stock take audits
Laundry duties such as removal and replacement of linen/towels, sorting, folding and storage
Transportation of Residents
Completion of Vehicle Pre-Starts and required Safety Reporting / Compliance
Maintenance of a Clean and Tidy vehicle
Grounds / Utility Maintenance
Ensure that the designated Grounds areas are kept clean, orderly and properly maintained
Follow Grounds policies and procedures and be able to complete them within allocated time frames
Ensure gardens and surrounding grounds are kept maintained and tidy
Assist with green waste management of accommodation and facility
Respond timely to any ad-hoc Grounds maintenance requests
Keeping daily logs and records of all workorders completed
Ensuring compliance with Australian standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act
Notifying the Supervisor of any maintenance requests/issues required within the Village/Site
Assist Village Manager and other Department Supervisors from time to time, if required
About You
To join our team, you will be an experienced and highly organised Team Player with "can do" attitude, excellent attention to detail, a passion to always provide quality product and first-class customer service (with a smile).
You will possess previous accommodation and industrial cleaning experience and/or operating and maintaining Vehicles (< 52 Seater Bus) and handheld equipment.
A commitment to the safety of yourself and others, at all times is essential.
VALID WA Driver's License
Australian Working Rights
Ability to pass comprehensive (Client) Pre-Employment Medical including Instant Drug and Alcohol Screening
Current satisfactory National Police Check (within 6 months)
Commercial Drivers Assessment & PDT Authorisation
Construction White Card
Pesticide Technician License and/or Certification (desirable)
Previous experience at a Minesite Village experience with experience / qualifications re First Aid
Additionally, you will also possess the following skills:
Basic Systems and Technology experience i.e., MS Office, online/web-based Payroll & Training requirements
Ability to work in a Team; be a self-motivator and take instructions
Ability to prioritise and adapt to changing work tasks in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate a professional approach in the workplace, with excellent customer service skills
Have a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others
