Our Brisbane team is seeking a Principal Consultant who will be responsible for case management duties while also developing as a Queensland SME in the physical space. Specialty areas will align to individual strengths and interests.
Responsibilities include:
Case management duties
Develop as a Queensland subject‑matter expert in the physical rehabilitation space
Support across Pre‑Employment Medicals, Ergonomic Assessments, Re‑Thinking Recovery services, Physical Functional Assessments and our Physical Conditioning Service under Work Cover Queensland

Qualifications
1+ years experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant with demonstrated high performance or Senior/Principal consultant experience, and a comprehensive understanding of workers’ compensation, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation.
Full Professional Registration/Accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Osteopath
Strong written and verbal communication skills to confidently liaise with insurers, medical practitioners, employers and employees
Evidence of accurate information gathering and analysis to provide thorough and comprehensive assessments
Consistent delivery of high level customer service and ability to grow business by increased referrals
Proven organisational and time‑management skills and ability to perform independently and contribute to development of others
