Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate assigned projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring successful implementation and adoption of new systems, processes, and tools.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Develop and implement effective project management methodologies to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize risks.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop project plans that meet these needs.
* Analyse operational requirements and communicate complex information to various audiences.
* Proactively manage change initiatives to ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in delivering projects involving organisational or technology-enabled change.
2. Strong knowledge of planning, coordination, risk, and governance disciplines.
3. Proven ability to manage people and resources in complex environments.
4. Experience in change management, training, and user engagement.
5. High-level interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience in large-scale projects.
* Familiarity with policing, public safety, or government operations.
* Understanding of IT service management frameworks.
* Knowledge of system design, integration, or data interfaces.
* Proficiency in project tools (Microsoft 365, Teams, Jira).
