About the Role

Reporting to the Business Administration and Finance Manager, the Administration Accounts Officer provides essential accounts and administrative support across the business. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate processing, reconciliations, and day-to-day coordination to support smooth financial and operational outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

* Accounts payable and receivable processing
* Bank, payment, and reconciliation activities
* Daily banking and customer payment allocation
* Monthly statements and handling account enquiries
* MYOB data entry, purchase orders, and financial administration
* Customer interaction and communication with key contacts
* Co-ordinating transport logistics with the Operations Manager
* Warehousing stock takes
* General administrative and operational support across the business
About You
* Proven experience in accounts and administration
* Strong MYOB capability
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Reliable, organised, and able to work autonomously
* Strong commitment to safety, quality, and doing the job properly
