Your role You will support the effectiveness of the business by developing, enhancing and managing sales and sales activity analysis & reporting. You will be responsible for coordination of sales force training activities and ensure the SFE competency requirements are delivered. You will work with internal stakeholders both local, Region and Global to support development of digital assets, applications and technology, that will meet the needs of the Multi-channel Strategy.• Customer and client interactions with KOLs/HCPss/CSOs • Responsible for supporting cross-functional plans and progress, addressing key issues as they arise and ensuring integration into the overall strategy• Increase awareness, support and use of the CRM system throughout the business, working with RBMs, marketing, sales training and sales support as required• Manage data flow and integrity of sales support systems• Work closely with marketing to evaluate sales force effectiveness of promotional initiatives• Responsibility for the delivery and roll-out of MCM infra-structure and tools to provide marketing automation, new channels and MCM engagements that will impact engagements with stakeholders while rapidly and efficiently responding to business needs• Working across the identified brands and in partnership with the Cross Functional teams in Dermatology, ensuring integration of MCM into key projects and activities • Accountability for collaboration with the Finance team • Work in partnership with key patient solutions / marketing XFTs teams that provide and create content for MCM campaigns • Support the GM in other projects to enhance sales strategy, planning and implementation.• Responsibility to drive the Commercial roadmap delivered via Global and Region in conjunction with GM• Provide input into the development of central strategies • Feed into the planning and development of communication and market access strategies to support the promotion of brands, including measurement and definable outcomes.• Field Force presence to train, and maintain SFE expectations • Regularly report to Senior Management on sales force activity and make recommendations on allocation of sales force effort• Control expenditure against budget in line with department responsibility• Justify budget proposals, project expenditure and ROI Your qualifications To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: • Business/Life Science/Healthcare degree. Masters (preferred)• 5+ years sales experience required• Pharmaceutical sales experience minimum 3-5 years• Must have a valid driver's license• Strong numeracy and analytical skills• Experience, or demonstrate acumen, in supporting strategic decision- making and business analysis• Good understanding of CRM systems and other sales planning tools• Knowledge and practical understanding of industry datasets and their analysis and interpretation• Experience with coordinating training for sales skills, product training, tools and platforms• Project management skills• Experience working with external consulting firms and managing these relationships• First rate communications skills and influencing skills • Proactive and self-starter We welcome candidates from multiple locations who are interested in our work opportunities.
