Proven RC drilling experience in exploration environments
Mechanical know-how and a hands-on approach
Strong leadership and commitment to safety
Experience on Schramm T450 rigs (preferred but not essential)
Must-Haves
HR Driver's Licence
Ability to pass medical + D&A
National Police Clearance
First Aid + CPR
