The Opportunity:
Our Training team is growing
This new created position ensures we remain a well-resourced team, delivering exceptional value to both Surface and Underground operations.
You'll play a key role in implementing and managing training programs on site, supporting workforce capability and compliance across our operations.
This role is offered on 8:6 roster FIFO from Perth or DIDO from the Goldfields region.

What You'll Do
Support the Training Coordinator in implementing and delivering site-based training programs
Ensure all job-specific training requirements are met for both Surface and Underground employees
Oversee training compliance in line with the company's Training Management System and processes
Maintain compliance and ensure personnel have the necessary skills / training for their work area within the Mining industry

What You'll Bring
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE***** or TAE*****) is essential
Experience delivering job-specific training in Underground Mining and/or Processing Plant operations
Skilled in developing and implementing effective training programs
Proficient in MS Office; experience with LMS and INX highly regarded
Current WA Manual Driver's Licence
