Job Role Summary
This position presents an opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Exercise Physiologist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a strong desire to learn and develop skills.
The role offers a diverse range of experiences, including working with chronic disease referrals from general practice, private patients for weight loss and rehabilitation, injury management, defence and DVA clients, work cover, rural and outreach services, and pre-employment screening.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Providing exercise programs for patients with chronic diseases.
* Working with private patients to achieve weight loss and rehabilitation goals.
* Managing injuries and developing personalized exercise plans.
* Collaborating with defence and DVA clients to improve their physical health.
* Conducting work cover assessments and providing recommendations.
* Delivering rural and outreach services to remote communities.
* Performing pre-employment screenings and assessments.
