What you'll do
Our Restaurant Manager takes pride in preparing and serving fast, fresh, healthy Mexican food with a smile. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for setting the highest standards across all areas of the restaurant, including the customer experience, workplace culture, and financial results.
Dealing with store operations, meeting with the WA Zambrero team, and occasionally joining Zambrero conferences.
Managing your team, including hiring, training, performance reviews, rostering, and resolving any employee issues, including grievances.
Ensuring that food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard.
Office administration duties such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll, and reviewing policies.
Managing daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room, and general restaurant.
Ensuring safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and that employees are effectively trained in Workplace Health and Safety.

What you'll bring
Minimum of 10 years of previous Relevant Restaurant Manager Experience.
