This a Permanent Part Time vacancy in our Asquith group home with 40-48 hours per fortnight. Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence, and advocate for the clients and their individual needs. Delivering personalized support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication, manual handling using a variety equipment and aids. Transporting clients in our wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars and community access. Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress. Being part of a fun and dynamic team. Requirements Experience as a disability support practitioner/ a carer/ assistant in nursing/ aged care/ assistant in nursing/ nursingA current NSW Driver’s License (P2 minimum).
