Human Resources Strategic Partner
This is a key role within our Human Resources team, focusing on end-to-end recruitment and supporting broader HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to promote workforce renewal and diversity.
2. Provide expert HR advice to managers and staff on industrial instruments, policies and processes.
3. Oversee operational HR functions across the employment lifecycle, including contract preparation, onboarding/offboarding, and workforce reporting.
4. Contribute to HR projects, policy development, workforce planning, data analysis, and continuous improvement.
