The Mona Shop is looking to ramp up its operations, which means we need to lock in a team of awesome people to power us forward. It's a great opportunity to become an essential part of the visitor experience at Mona, have a lot of fun, learn some new skills, and sell heaps of provocative chocolates.
The gig:
* Provide stellar customer service that contributes to the overall visitor experience at Mona;
* Ruthlessly (or at least semi-) take advantage of opportunities to upsell;
* Perform stocktake, inventory management, and occasional other less-fun things.
The you:
* You've got at least one year retail experience, ideally from a boutique fashion or homewares background (or from a role with transferable skills);
* You've got excellent customer service skills and a great work ethic;
* You're upbeat, engaged, and capable of learning new skills and processes;
* Ready and willing to be a team player (on an awesome team);
* Gotta be flexible and consistent with your work availability (including weekends) to meet the shop's needs.
