Clinic Administration & Operations Coordinator

Are you looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic team of health care professionals?

At n8 health we provide multi-disciplinary healthcare services and pride ourselves on providing premium treatment with a high level of patient satisfaction. Our proven evidence-based services include Chiropractic and Podiatry.

We are seeking a highly organised Clinic Administrator & Operation's Coordinator to support our Practice Manager and assist in running the daily operations of the clinic.

Chiropractic is our core service and primary revenue stream. Podiatry is an exciting area of development, with new systems, programs and structured patient pathways being rolled out. This role ensures chiropractic remains strong while podiatry grows in a consistent, system-based way.

You will work as part of a large, supportive team and report directly to our Practice Manager.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide professional front-of-house support
* Coordinate bookings, recalls and clinical schedules
* Maintain systems, SOPs and operational processes
* Assist with marketing (email/SMS/social media campaigns, local promotions, patient communications)
* Help track business metrics and support the manager with reporting
* Assist with rostering and timesheet/leave approval
* Work closely with our Practice Manager to support our whole team


About you

* Previous Experience in a customer-facing role + business/marketing/coordination skills
* Confident with spreadsheets, reporting and basic financial tracking
* Energetic, efficient, empathetic and patient focused
* Ability to multi-task, manage a busy workflow and remain calm under pressure.
* Competent with computers and a variety of I.T. applications.
* Always striving for excellence in customer service, with a keen desire to learn and grow
* Professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Calm, reliable, organised and solutions-focused
* Enjoys working in a team environment while also taking personal ownership
* Passion for helping patients maintain independence, mobility and wellbeing
* Commercially minded – understands capacity, utilisation and ROI
