Job Role: Community Care Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing culturally sensitive social work services

Requirements:
* A relevant qualification in social work or a related field
* Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
