About the Role
We’re looking for a confident and capable Receptionist / Office All-Rounder to join our fast-growing team at Aura Property.
This is a busy, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients while also supporting our Sales and Property Management teams behind the scenes. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can manage multiple priorities, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage reception—greet clients and handle phone and email enquiries
* Provide admin support to Sales and Property Management teams
* Coordinate office supplies, trades, and day-to-day operations
* Assist with marketing and social media scheduling (templates provided)
* Support the wider team during busy periods and projects
About You
* Previous experience in a reception or office role
* Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly approach
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
* Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Driver’s licence and reliable transport required
* Real estate experience or Certificate of Registration (preferred, not essential)
