Let's make a meaningful difference, together!The Job Coach is responsible for supporting the achievement of high quality employment outcomes for young people with a disability through delivery of UnitingCare's Project SEARCH Transition-to-Work Program. The Project SEARCH program is a unique, business-led, one-year employment preparation program that takes place entirely at a Host Workplace.
