What you will be doing:
* Welcoming clients, tenants, and visitors with a friendly, polished approach
* Managing incoming calls, enquiries, and front-of-house operations
* Providing administrative support to the sales and property management teams
* Assisting with paperwork, data entry, and general office coordination
* Maintaining a tidy, organised, and inviting reception area
What we are looking for:
* A positive, customer-focused attitude with exceptional communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask calmly
* Professional presentation and confidence when dealing with clients
* Previous reception/administration experience preferred (real estate a bonus)
* Reliability, initiative, and a team-first mindset
* Must be able to work every 2nd Saturday on a rotating roster
