About the Role
Our team is seeking an energetic individual to assist with the daily operations within our automated car parks.
This role will work closely with our existing professional customer service team, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of the car park. The successful candidate will be responsible for cash handling, processing staff access forms, valet operations, vehicle stacker unit operations, ATZ (Bicycle Parking) operations, parking ticket validations, and carrying out perimeter patrols.
We are looking for a 'can do' approach to resolving customer issues, accuracy in recording incidents and events, and sound computer skills. Previous experience in customer service, control room environment, and/or experience with Skidata and Park Assist equipment would be highly regarded.
The Ideal Candidate
Must have good availability throughout weekdays and be able to liaise effectively at an inter-departmental level with senior management, other department staff, and external organizations. A current driver's license is essential.
