Skills Required:
We are looking for an experienced
Technical Project Manager
with strong expertise in
Microsoft technologies
(such as .NET, Dynamics CRM, Azure) and a solid understanding of the
insurance domain
. The ideal candidate will lead complex projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end delivery of projects involving
Microsoft technology stack
(.NET, Dynamics CRM, Azure).
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
* Oversee technical design, development, and integration activities.
* Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile methodologies, and organizational standards.
* Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve issues proactively.
* Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
* Coordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for successful deployments.
* Drive continuous improvement in processes and technology adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. PMP or Agile certification preferred.
* Experience:
* 10+ years in IT with at least 3+ years as a Technical Project Manager.
* Hands-on experience with
Microsoft technologies
(.NET, Dynamics CRM, Azure).
* Proven track record in
insurance domain projects
(Life, Health, P&C, or similar).
* Technical Knowledge:
* Strong understanding of software architecture, integration, and deployment.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and DevOps practices.
* Project Management Skills:
* Expertise in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
* Strong documentation and reporting skills.
* Soft Skills:
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
* Ability to manage distributed teams and vendors.
Nice to Have
* Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
* Knowledge of regulatory compliance in insurance (e.g., IRDAI guidelines).
* Exposure to microservices and API integration.
