About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service/Estimator specialist to join our team at this manufacturer. With 30+ years in the industry and an outstanding reputation, you will be provided with ongoing training and a friendly team environment.
The successful candidate will begin as an on-hired employee, working 38 hours per week, Monday-Friday. This person will have a view to move into a permanent position after the successful completion of a 6-month probationary period and pre-employment checks.
Key Responsibilities
* Quote Preparation: Prepare, liaise, evaluate and deliver quotes from house, unit or apartment plans
* Customer Communication: Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email
* Tender Submission: Submit tenders and build key relationships with clients
* Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve issues within a 48-hour turn around
