Reporting directly to the Divisional General Manager and working in close alignment with the national finance function, you'll deliver commercial insight, financial control, and forward-looking analysis that drives performance.Your Key Responsibilities Will IncludeLeading divisional budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning cyclesOverseeing month-end reporting with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and speedCreating and delivering performance packs to executive and finance leadershipMonitoring project delivery, capex spend, and milestone outcomesSupporting bid and tender processes with financial modelling and commercial reviewBuilding data-led insights through dashboards and scenario analysisIdentifying process gaps and championing continuous improvement initiativesWhat You BringYou're a commercially focused finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, operational settings.
You bring both technical depth and a strong business partnering mindset, and you're comfortable being both in the weeds and at the strategic table.Ideal ProfileCA/CPA qualifiedProven track record in a similar commercial finance or senior business partnering roleIndustry exposure in construction, civil, infrastructure, or industrial services preferredStrong in financial reporting, budgeting, and decision-support analysisExperienced working with senior stakeholders and influencing outcomesResilient and agile — capable of operating in environments undergoing changeConfident navigating legacy systems and working across functionsWhy Join?
