Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Foreman located in the Greater Sydney Area. The Site Foreman will oversee and manage the on-site activities for commercial interior fit-out projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring project progress, managing resources, ensuring workplace safety, and maintaining communication with stakeholders throughout project development.
Qualifications
Experience in construction project management or site supervision, with a strong focus on commercial interiors, fit-outs, and refurbishments.
Proficiency in interpreting project plans, technical drawings, and specifications.
Excellent skills in team coordination, subcontractor management, and resource allocation.
Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.
Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities.
Effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate with various teams, clients, and stakeholders.
A background in construction trade or relevant qualifications in construction management are preferred.
Experience working in the Greater Sydney Area is beneficial, with a valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
