Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client correspondence, including emails and phone calls
* Develop and implement strategies to retain clients and improve customer satisfaction
* Liaise with our maintenance team to resolve issues and provide quotes
* Prepare meeting materials, including agendas, budgets, and minutes
* Oversee financial aspects of client accounts
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Requirements:
* Previous experience in strata management or a related field
* Understanding of Body Corporate/Strata Legislation and regulations
* Strata Certificate of Registration (CoR) or ability to complete ASAP
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* A disciplined approach to work-life integration
