About the role
The Account Manager is a full-time position, based at Golden Grove, South Australia. Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will manage key customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and maximise market share. In this role you will:
- Build and nurture relationships with external and internal stakeholders, crucial for achieving goals
- Achieve targeted revenue, pricing, sales volume, and margin goals
- Enhance connections within the builder & owner Builder Network for profitable repeat business
- Develop and execute growth strategies with key customers to increase market share across product lines
- Drive sales growth and expand product offerings with both existing and new customers
- Provide necessary technical support and information to customers as needed
- Implement sales and marketing strategies within a key account management framework
- Maintain regular customer contact and identify new opportunities
- Utilize CRM for daily sales activities

- Demonstrated experience in similar role
- Possess exceptional customer service and relationship building skills
- High energy with a will to succeed
- Experienced with sales performance metrics
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on the customer
- Collaboration with wide-ranging teams
- Negotiation, influencing and problem-solving skills and experience
- Commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability
- Excellent time management and work prioritisation skill
