Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand their staffing needs and provide effective recruitment.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilise LinkedIn and our CRM, networking events, and other platforms to enhance candidate sourcing efforts.
- Foster positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
Desirables:
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the recruitment process.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with recruitment software.
- Experience in sales is desirable, but not mandatory.
