About the role
In this role, the Medical Secretary will operate 3-and-a-half-days per week (i.e. Mon, Wed & Thu + half-day Fri), while ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
 * managing patient care, appointments and bookings
 * processing referrals, correspondence & phone inquiries
 * handling patient payments, data entry and consultation billing
 * providing accurate surgical procedure quotes
 * coordinating theatre lists & hospital arrangements
 * maintaining patient records and office efficiency.
What we're looking for
 * Medical experience or secretarial qualification essential
 * Computer competency with VIP/Best Practice knowledge helpful
 * Strong communication and patient care skills
 * Ability to thrive in fast-paced medical environment
 * Availability for occasional coverage where needed + willingness to remain in role beyond 1 year
 * Medical reception experience preferred but not essential.
