Springfield Central State High School is seeking a dedicated professional to join our Administration team. This role provides administrative, financial and operational support to the school's specialist programs, including the Dance Academy, Sports Academies and Instrumental Music program, contributing to their effective coordination, promotion and ongoing development. Working closely with school leadership and academy staff, the position supports program administration, financial processes, events and community partnerships that enhance opportunities for student engagement and strengthen specialist pathways within the school.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
* Provide administrative and operational support to the Dance Academy, Sports Academies and Instrumental Music programs.
* Manage financial administration processes and maintain accurate financial records in line with departmental requirements.
* Coordinate procurement of resources, equipment, uniforms and instruments in accordance with Department of Education procurement procedures.
* Support the coordination of academy events, performances, competitions and promotional activities.
* Assist with program administration including student records, communications and documentation.
* Support engagement with community organisations and partners, including coordination of sponsorship opportunities that contribute to program sustainability.
* Provide reception and general administrative support as required to the administration team.

* Show the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while delivering effective administrative services.
* Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills when engaging with staff, students, families and community partners.
* Demonstrate the ability to learn and apply Department of Education systems, processes and procedures.
